Talent Acquisition Recruiter Location: JBoynton Beach/Ft. Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment pipelines, from activesourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding prep.
- Partner directly with department leaders to understandhiring needs, develop tailored sourcing strategies, and run candidatedebriefs.
- Execute proactive direct sourcing methods viaprofessional networks, social media, cold outreach, and talent pooling.
- Track and optimize key recruiting metrics, includingtime-to-fill, turnover trends, and pipeline conversion rates.
- Represent the organization at hiring events and driveinitiatives that elevate both the candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Experience: 1+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within ahealthcare environment strongly preferred; OR 5+ years of full-cyclecorporate or agency recruiting experience across other industries.
- Sourcing Skills: Proven track record with direct sourcing, candidateengagement, and modern networking techniques.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or relateddiscipline preferred (or equivalent professional experience).
- Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-onexperience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and the Microsoft OfficeSuite.
- Communication: Exceptional relationship-building, stakeholdermanagement, and consultative skills.
