Retail Sales Associate (Full-Time)

What We're Looking For: We are looking for a full-time retail associate to work 32 to 40 hours a week, on nights and weekends. Job Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service in-store and over the phone. Contribute to a positive and welcoming store environment. Learn and maintain knowledge of our current product selection. Suggest new products or offerings based on customer needs. Operate the cash register and assist with transactions. Stock and price merchandise. Pull transfer items and assist in inventory management. Support our HitTrax performance center. Maintain clean and appealing merchandising displays. Qualifications: Friendly, outgoing personality. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting. Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus.
