The team supports a suite of applications that deliver core digital capabilities used across all customer channels, including web, mobile, chat, and voice. These mission-critical platforms include Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM), Customer Account Management (CAM), Preference Center, and the Customer Online Account Support Tool (COAST).DMH applications are supported by three agile development lines that are responsible for both modernizing current capabilities and delivering new digital solutions using modern technologies. Knowledge, Abilities and Skills: Hands-on technical leadership experience leading project teams and setting technical direction. Proficiency in one programming language such as Java, C++, Python, JavaScript. Knowledge of software development lifecycle. Proven ability to tackle sophisticated business and development problems. Ability to thrive in a team environment. Insurance/financial services industry knowledge a plus. Other criteria, including leadership skills, competencies and experiences may take precedence.
