Account Executive Opportunity
Renew Home Health is looking for a driven, personable Account Executive to grow our presence across the Mineral Wells area. In this full-time role, you'll build and nurture referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, and community partners — connecting more patients to the care they need at home. If you love being out in the community and turning relationships into results, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do As An Account Executive
- Build and grow referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and discharge planners
- Represent Renew Home Health in the community and at local events
- Educate referral partners on our services and what sets our care apart
- Track leads and follow up consistently to keep the referral pipeline strong
- Partner with the clinical and office teams to ensure smooth patient onboarding
- Meet and exceed census and growth goals for your territory
What We're Looking For
- Experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or community relations (home health or hospice a plus)
- A strong local network, or the drive to build one quickly in the Mineral Wells area
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A valid Texas driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven
