Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Rillito, AZ

Key Qualifications:

• Current license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)
• Prior experience in school-based and pediatric settings
• Ability to effectively collaborate with Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Comfortable providing direct and consultative services in diverse school settings

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessments, diagnostics, and intervention services for students with a variety of communication challenges
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) in compliance with school policies
• Work closely with an SLPA, providing supervision and guidance as needed
• Communicate progress with teachers, parents, and other multidisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate documentation and records according to district and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support plans
• Provide input for program development and best practices within the school community
