Need for a strong PM with strong communications skills to be able to manage multiple projects and map out a comprehensive logical plan with our business, developers and architects. Will be responsible for overall project management and coordination of schedules for projects including holding discovery sessions, documenting technical upgrade requirements with architects and developers, and RFP creation.Required Skills:PMP or CoVA PM cert highly desiredExperience with Microsoft Dynamics and/or managing other large suites of applications. Dynamics exposure preferred.Strong business communication skills. Must be extremely personable, team orientated and able to hold collaborative meetings.Project Management experience in application development environments required. Must have demonstrated experience with application teams.Must be able to take direction and collaboration with technical leads on development plans.Senior level PM with demonstrated experience working in a highly political and collaborative environment.Ability to run technical and project meetings and translate into work planning and project schedules.Ability to decompose upgrade requirements into project plans for upgrade work and testing purposes.Excellent presentation, communication and customer service skillsRemain flexible on changing workloads and priorities.QualificationsProject Management experience in application development environments.
