Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a marketing assistant who will work alongside our legal marketing & business development team to support with firmwide marketing initiatives, individual attorney business development plans, and marketing administrative tasks. A successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, strong multitasking capabilities, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively with executives and peers. Marketing Assistant Job Responsibilities Update and maintain marketing databases and repositories. Manage and curate attorney and firm client lists and contacts. Monitor client dingers on behalf of attorneys. Update and maintain marketing calendar, including award submission deadlines. Assist with website management, including copy updates and monthly analytics. Assist with posting external marketing content, including blog and website posts, social media posts, and promotional materials. Monitor social media accounts and assist with monthly analytics reporting. Assist with updating client pitch promotional materials on a quarterly basis. Collaborate with other departments as needed, including HR and IT. Miscellaneous ad hoc requests. Marketing Assistant Qualifications and Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills. High level of organization and attention to detail. Comfort with multitasking in a deadline‑driven environment. Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills. Associate or bachelor's degree is required. A degree in marketing, communications, pre‑law, or a related field is preferred.
