Work from home and in a local service center Uncapped commissions Low‑cost medical plan option available Paid training programs and tuition reimbursement Sales career growth potential in expertise, leadership and across territories Safety‑focused culture What You'll Do Face‑to‑face and remote sales to new and existing customers Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions Develop and deliver commercial sales proposals Sell equipment rentals and services to Building Services and Construction customers Develop medium‑to‑long term sales plans and prepare strategies to protect, grow and diversify relationships with targeted customers Conduct cross, up and repeat sales to existing customers Partner with operations, logistics, and administrative teams to ensure a superb customer experience with every sale Skills and Experience 3–7 years of direct business‑to‑business sales experience Basic knowledge of the construction process and manufacturing‑based customer focus Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar) Prior successful attainment of assigned sales goals Partnership with other areas of Aggreko (Operations, Fleet, Logistics) Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience Equal Employment Opportunity We welcome people from different backgrounds and cultures, and respect people’s unique skills, attitudes and experiences.
