As an important part of the  Resort Operations Team , this role helps keep our resort running smoothly by making sure all laundry is cleaned, organized, and ready for use. The Laundry Attendant plays a big role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience for our guests by handling laundry tasks efficiently and with care. As a Laundry Attendant, you will: 

• Sort, pre-treat and separate laundry by category for assembly.
• Separate linens into assigned bins and by linen type. 
• Fold laundry items by hand—such as sheets, pillowcases, washcloths, towels, blankets, and bedspreads. Place all folded linens on shelf in proper order and category. 
• Fold all the blankets, duvets, and mattress pads by sizes and place on shelf. 
• When processing linen, remove stained and damaged linen to the designated area.
• Clean work area daily, including cleaning of washers and dryers.
• Remove linen from washers and dryers daily. 
• Meet all established productivity requirements for processing linens.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• One year of laundry or housekeeping experience preferred.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Detail oriented with good organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to demonstrate good judgment when dealing with owners and staff members.
• Must be able to regularly lift, pull, push, and or/move up to 50 pounds.
• Bilingual, English/Spanish is a plus.
