• Provide friendly and professional customer support before, during, and after the booking process
• Answer questions and assist with travel-related requests through various communication channels
• Support itinerary revisions, scheduling updates, and reservation adjustments when needed
• Keep client information, travel records, and booking documentation organized and current
• Participate in online training, team collaboration sessions, and ongoing development programs
