Landscape Field Manager

Location: 470 Blake Bottom Road NW, Huntsville, AL, 35806, United States Base Pay: $18.00 / Hour Employee Type: Full-Time Manage Others: Yes Job Responsibilities & Duties Ensure following of all safety measures by crew members. Communicate with the client about property needs. Assist in job scheduling & timekeeping for crew. Requirements and Qualifications Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate walk-behind mowers up to 80 lbs. Experience operating landscape equipment safely (string trimmers, pruners, mowers, edgers, etc.). Strong teamwork skills and ability to manage a weekly schedule. Motivated to provide high-quality service with strong time-management skills. Ability to communicate effectively, lead, and train crew members when needed. Ability to identify and address quality issues as they arise. At least 1 year relevant experience. English-speaking preferred; bilingual is a plus. Summary We are urgently hiring a full-time Landscape Field Manager in the Huntsville, AL area. Must have a valid driver's license.
