Staffing Coordinator

Blue Springs Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking an organized, dependable Staffing Coordinator / CMT to support our nursing team and ensure excellent resident care through effective scheduling and staffing coordination. Why You’ll Love Working Here: Supportive leadership and team-focused culture Stable, full-time opportunity Meaningful role that directly impacts resident care Long-term career growth potential Key Responsibilities: Create, maintain, and manage daily and weekly staff schedules Ensure adequate staffing levels in compliance with facility and state requirements Coordinate with nursing leadership to fill open shifts Communicate schedule changes clearly and professionally Track attendance, call-offs, and time-off requests Assist with staffing reports and agency usage as needed Qualifications: Active Certified Nurse Assistant certification in Missouri required Active Certified Medication Technician certification in Missouri required Previous staffing, scheduling, or healthcare coordination experience strongly preferred Experience in long-term care or healthcare strongly preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and work independently Proficiency with scheduling systems and basic computer programs Join a Team That Values Your Work.
