Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to our patients, assist with daily activities, and support the nursing staff to ensure efficient operation of our healthcare facility. Key Responsibilities: Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. Monitor and document vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiratory rate. Provide basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff, including repositioning bedridden patients and changing linens. Assist nursing staff with medical procedures and treatments as needed. Observe patients' conditions, reporting changes to the nursing or medical staff. Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for patients and staff. Transport patients to various locations within the facility, ensuring their comfort and safety. Assist in the admission, transfer, and discharge processes for patients. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all healthcare-related regulations and guidelines. Qualifications: Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of employment. High school diploma or equivalent. CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
