Office Assistant 2 – Mission and Overview The District Attorney's Office is seeking an Office Assistant 2 to support daily operations of a busy legal office while delivering excellent customer service to the public. Key Responsibilities Typing, data entry and other general clerical tasks. Assist attorneys, law enforcement and other stakeholders with documentation and communication. Ensure efficient and accurate administrative processes that support the team. Schedule Monday – Friday; 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Our Mission Strive to improve public safety and quality of life by prosecuting the guilty, protecting the innocent, providing support for children and families, and determining the cause and manner of death in all cases of traumatic or unattended death. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (completion of the twelfth grade). Minimum two years of responsible clerical and office assistance experience. Full background check required.
