Digital Marketing Manager (Email/Affiliate) (Fully Remote)
High Tide
Lead digital strategy and performance across email, affiliate, paid, web, and social channels. Set KPIs, define channel roles, and ensure integrated omni-channel campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Own email strategy and lifecycle to drive revenue and engagement. Manage affiliate growth, partner recruitment, and performance optimization. Provide direction to digital, performance, and social specialists. Qualifications: 6-10+ years in digital and performance marketing with deep email/affiliate experience. Strong analytical skills, cross-functional leadership, and agency management. High Tide Inc.
