GHP Management Corporation is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our Los Angeles team. The role focuses on intake, investigations, training, and supporting managers with HR issues across multiple properties. You will lead harassment awareness training, onboarding for new hires, and partner with Legal on investigations while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with local laws.
