Position Summary

As a Sales Representative, you will actively help potential and existing customers by identifying their needs and recommending appropriate insurance and financial products. Youll follow a consultative sales process, build relationships, and support a customer-first culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective customers through calls, emails, and community outreach.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential new business opportunities.
• Schedule and conduct follow-up interactions to support acquisition goals.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate outreach strategies.
• Track activity and report progress toward established objectives.
• Maintain compliance with office and regulatory procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Sales experience preferred (insurance sales or similar customer-facing sales is a plus)
• Coachable attitude and willingness to learn (including State Farm product knowledge)
• Comfort using CRM tools and handling follow-up tasks
• Driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses
