Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance Technician - 1st Shift

Position: Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance Technician This maintenance technician is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment in a PCB manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Perform projects that require mechanical, electrical, and plumbing skills. Relocate equipment and services for manufacturing equipment. Repair, replace walls and other related items for incoming new equipment. Perform Preventative Maintenance on manufacturing equipment. Support process engineering on improvement projects; install new equipment for increased capacity or replacement. Support facility cost reduction, security, and improvement projects. Qualifications Minimum 2‑4 years of related experience in a production facility (preferably a printed circuit board shop background). Strong knowledge of electrical systems for installations and repairs. Knowledge of electronics and PLC controls. Ability to read blueprints and schematics. Prior work experience with manufacturing equipment in the fields of chemical process systems, CNC mechanical systems, and general facility utilities such as compressors, chillers and boilers. Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment. Ability to stand for long periods, lift and carry products and/or equipment up to 50 lbs. Actual base pay within this range will be determined at the offer stage based on a candidate’s years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package.
