Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

Health and Beauty associate are focused on two things: taking care of the customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise out to the salesfloor and create seasonal display features to meet the needs of the customer. Regularly assist and interact customers in a helpful and safe manner;Work together with fellow associates without discriminating, bullying, or engaging in physical altercations; ANDAct with integrity in and around, and with the safe handling of, valuable merchandise, cash, and the sensitive financial or personal information of customers.
