Temporary Maintenance Technician Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Temporary Maintenance Technician to join our team for the summer Turn season at our luxury student housing community in Austin, Texas. This is a seasonal role focused on preparing apartment units for August move-in, ensuring every resident arrives to a clean, safe, and ready-to-go home. Temporary Maintenance Technician Requirements Previous maintenance, janitorial, or general labor experience preferred. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, climbing, stooping, and standing for extended periods (up to 50 lbs). Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Reliable transportation to and from work. High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Temporary Maintenance Technician Key Responsibilities Assist with unit turnovers throughout the summer season. Inspect apartment units and ensure they are move-in ready. Perform touch-up painting in units as needed. Pressure washing of building exteriors, walkways, and common areas. Support the maintenance team with any additional tasks assigned by management.
