Role Overview

• Contribute directly to LLM and Generative AI training and evaluation workflows across complex reasoning and application scenarios.
• Develop and evaluate prompts, AI workflows, model outputs, RAG systems, and AI-generated solutions for quality and reliability.
• Create and review training data, evaluation datasets, benchmarks, test cases, and reference responses for GenAI models.
• Provide technical feedback to improve model reasoning, accuracy, instruction following, and real-world AI performance

Key Requirements

• 2–8 years of professional experience in Generative AI, Machine Learning, NLP, AI Engineering, or related fields
• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, model evaluation, and AI application development
• Hands-on experience with Python, APIs, LangChain/LangGraph, vector databases, or similar GenAI technologies
• Experience with LLM training/evaluation workflows, SFT, RLHF, AI agents, or AI-assisted development is highly preferred. xhyhwjd
