The Tampa office of Kubicki Draper is currently seeking an Associate with 2+ years of insurance defense experience. Experience working on third-party bodily injury claims, handling extensive personal injury claims, including automobile claims, traumatic brain injuries, significant injuries to property or business and wrongful death claims preferred. Requirements Stellar academic credentials Strong legal research and excellent writing skills, as well as possess strong/persuasive oral advocacy Client-Centric Approach: Our clients are our compass. Highly organized, with clear and concise communication style Licensed member of the Florida Bar and in good standing Your Day-to-Day: Must be proficient in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel Draft and review substantive pleadings and motions, respond to discoveries, and drive motions.
