Job Summary and Responsibilities As a National Nurse Resident, you’ll step into a hands‑on, supportive experience designed to help you grow and build confidence from day one. Every day, you’ll collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to deliver care that sees each patient as an individual. You’ll administer treatments, track vitals, educate patients and families, and play a key role in making sure people feel seen, heard, and cared for.
