Job Description

Performs basic general office clerical/administrative tasks that have lesser complexity. Evaluates department needs, reviews vendor costs, discounts and contracts. Learns practical applications and practices of the Company. Responds to standard requests from internal/external customers in a timely/efficient manner. Makes independent decisions for office applications and administrative tasks. Creates monthly or periodic reports, spreadsheets and other reference materials. Maintains confidentialities. Understands and complies with requirements for safety. Other duties as assigned.

Education/Years of Experience

Required: High school diploma or GED and minimum one (1) years' experience in general office clerical/administrative support.

Other Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Needs proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills. Must be a fast learner with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Must be a strong team player who can build partnerships with others.
