Pay: $35-45/hr

Essential Skills:

• 35 years of experience in electro-mechanical maintenance, including both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Education and training beyond high school in general maintenance and repair.
• Strong experience in industrial maintenance, including electrical systems, PLCs, motor controls, and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Ability to troubleshoot PLC-based control systems and related components.
• Experience working with 120/240/480 VAC single-phase and multi-phase electrical systems.
• Hands-on experience with VFDs and motor controls.

Job Type & Location: This is a permanent position based out of Lancaster, PA.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $72,800.00 - $93,600.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
