Client Success Manager – Strategic Accounts Rockwall, TX | On-Site | Full-Time Are you passionate about building long-term client relationships and solving complex business challenges? We’re looking for a Client Success Manager to serve as the trusted advisor for a portfolio of strategic staffing clients, ensuring exceptional service and flawless execution across payroll, onboarding, compliance, billing, and operations. What You'll Do Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of strategic client accounts. Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Partner with internal teams including payroll, onboarding, compliance, billing, funding, and collections to deliver seamless service. Lead client escalations from start to finish, providing proactive communication and timely resolution. Conduct regular business reviews, analyze account performance, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Monitor operational metrics including onboarding, invoicing, receivables, and account health to prevent issues before they arise. Support successful onboarding of new strategic clients and drive long-term retention. Identify process improvements and collaborate across departments to enhance the client experience. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of Client Success, Account Management, or Service Delivery experience in staffing, payroll, PEO, EOR, HR services, or another complex B2B environment. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional customer service. Strong relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience coordinating cross-functional teams without direct authority. Comfortable discussing financial metrics such as invoicing, receivables, margins, and account performance. Experience with CRM platforms, Microsoft Excel, and business systems. HubSpot experience is a plus. Knowledge of staffing industry operations, MSP/VMS environments, payroll, or compliance is highly preferred. Why Join?
