Role:

As a Member Experience Advisor, you will serve as a trusted financial partner, delivering exceptional member service through personalized financial solutions and a commitment to One Call Resolution whenever possible. You will balance service excellence with operational efficiency while confidently managing member interactions in a fast-paced environment.

Work Location:

This is an onsite position.


What you will be doing:

• Build trusted relationships through consultative financial conversations.
• Process member transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Educate members on products, services, lending, and digital banking.
• Protect member information while complying with regulations and Credit Union policies.
• Collaborate across departments to create a seamless member experience.
• Support operational goals through productivity, schedule adherence, and effective time management.
• Deliver exceptional service through One Call Resolution whenever possible.

What you'll bring along:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two (2) years of customer service experience in financial services, retail banking, a contact center, or similar environment preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask across multiple technology platforms.
• Professionalism, sound judgment, and commitment to continuous learning.
