Come join our dynamic team of rehabilitation therapists and get the most out of your career as you Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients for swallowing disorders and communication/ cognitive impairments, utilizing a variety of evidenced based therapeutic techniques Establish treatment goals, as well as develop and implement appropriate Speech Pathology treatment programs based upon a full clinical evaluation Provide rehabilitative services to patients under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team. Participate in clinical conferences to share and coordinate the plan of care for patients Treat residents one on one so each patient gets individualized attention through private treatment sessions with a functional based treatment approach The ability to individualize treatment sessions! Qualifications Masters Degree from an accredited graduate program in speech language pathology school. Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP, or ability to obtain prior to beginning employment Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills Legacy Healthcare Services is an equal opportunity employer.
