Home Health Aide (HHA)

Right at Home North Dallas is urgently hiring compassionate Home Health Aides/Caregivers who want to make a real difference every day. If you have experience in assisted living, senior care, nursing homes, home care, or healthcare, we'd love to connect with you.

In this role, you'll provide personalized oneonone care that helps seniors remain safe, independent, and comfortable at home. We match you with clients based on your skills, strengths, and comfort level so you can deliver your best care with confidence. We're urgently hiring!

Home Health Aide Pay & Scheduling

• $15.00-$16.00 per hour
• Shifts typically assigned at orientation
• Weekly pay with direct deposit
• Tapcheck ondemand pay available

Home Health Aide Primary Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and meaningful conversation
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Offer medication reminders
• Support with bathing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care
• Assist with ambulation and safe transfers
• Provide Alzheimer's & Dementia care

What We're Looking For in a Home Health Aide

• A caregiver who treats seniors and their homes with dignity and respect
• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (facility or inhome care)
• Clean background check and drug screen
• Reliable personal transportation
• Strong communication skills
• Preferred: Valid driver's license and car insurance
