Position details:
- 10 - 14 days out (longer if you want, your choice)
- .52 cpm - .56 cpm
- Detention $16 after 2 hours
- Short haul $25 plus mileage pay if under 100 miles
- Breakdown $75 a day
- Stop pay $30
- Avg weekly mileage 1,800-2,400
- Dead head 10% - 15%
- Touch freight 0%
- Drop and hook 60/40
- Live unload 20% - 30%
