Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your role encompasses a variety of responsibilities aimed at providing comprehensive support to clients, including but not limited to:

• Conducting initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients to identify their mental health needs and develop appropriate interventions.

• Maintaining a manageable caseload and providing direct therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

• Implementing brief, evidence-based interventions and making referrals for more intensive therapy and services when required.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Tennessee.
