Duties

• Assist customers in selecting eyewear frames, lenses, and accessories by providing detailed product information and personalized recommendations based on their needs.
• Conduct eyewear fittings, adjustments, and spectacle lens dispensing to ensure optimal comfort and vision correction.
• Educate customers on optical health topics, including anatomy of the eye, physiology, and proper eyewear maintenance.
• Maintain accurate medical records using EMR/EHR systems while adhering to clinical confidentiality policies and HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales experience with a focus on customer service in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Experience with optical laboratory operations, spectacle lens dispensing, and frame adjustments preferred but not required
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations including pediatrics and senior care clients.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
