Success requires strong operational expertise, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate complex business and operational requirements into practical, sustainable solutions that scale across teams and the organization.ResponsibilitiesService Delivery & Lifecycle ManagementDrive operational readiness, service transition, and lifecycle management activities for new and existing products and servicesPartner with Product Management, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure operational requirements are incorporated into product design and delivery modelsEstablish and maintain scalable operational processes, controls, procedures, and governance frameworksDevelop sustainable operating models that support ongoing service delivery, supportability, and operational excellenceEnsure services can be effectively deployed, supported, measured, and continuously improved throughout their lifecycleSupport operational assessments, readiness reviews, and launch activities for product enhancements and infrastructure initiativesService Delivery & Operational ExcellenceDrive continuous improvement of service delivery processes by identifying risks, gaps, and opportunities to enhance quality, scalability, and customer outcomes while establishing effective operational controls and governancePartner with Product, Engineering, Technology, Operations, and regional stakeholders to align business and operational requirements and develop sustainable service delivery solutionsLead cross-functional initiatives from requirements through implementation and operational transition, including project coordination, risk management, UAT, stakeholder engagement, and change enablementPromote collaboration, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing to strengthen organizational capabilitiesAnalytics & Continuous ImprovementAnalyze operational and service delivery performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunitiesDefine and track KPIs to measure service effectiveness, operational performance, and business outcomesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related fieldExperience in data center, infrastructure, telecommunications, technology, or professional services environments is a plusTypically 7-10 years of experience in Service Delivery, Operations, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Product Operations, or Operational ExcellenceProven experience operationalizing products, services, or technology solutions and supporting them through their lifecycleExperience partnering with Product Management, Engineering, Technology, and Operations teamsStrong skills in business analysis, process design, workflow optimization, operational readiness, and stakeholder managementExperience leveraging data, KPIs, and performance metrics to drive operational improvements and business outcomesWorking knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and change management methodologiesStrong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across organizationsThe targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 99,000 - 149,000 CAD / AnnualUnited States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 103,000 - 155,000 USD / AnnualOur pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
