The Customer Sales Representative plays a pivotal role in supporting office tasks and administration, managing data, and fostering strong relationships with current and past clients through consistent follow-ups. Utilizing specialized CRM and general office software, this position ensures accurate data entry and streamlined customer interactions without the need for travel.

Must speak Spanish - this is a Spanish speaking position.

 

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and upload updates accurately
• Obtain and manage surveys from current and past clients
• Use specialized CRM software to manage customer information
• Engage in follow-up calls with existing clients
• Maintain and organize customer databases
• Support office administrative tasks as needed

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in sales
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skills
• Effective time management abilities
