Join our team as a Full-Time Urology Physician in Springfield, Missouri!

Are you eager to elevate your career in urology within a well-established, hospital-based practice? Our organization is looking for a full-time Urology Physician to become part of a vibrant team consisting of 4 hospital-employed urologists and 6 NPs/PAs. You will have the chance to work with a diverse and busy patient population, allowing you to engage in a wide range of urology practices—from elective procedures to trauma care—in a supportive and collaborative setting.

About Our Hospital:

• Guaranteed base salary of $700,000, with potential for significantly higher earnings based on wRVUs

• Signing bonus of $100,000 plus relocation assistance

• Additional compensation for on-call duties available (if desired)

• Perform advanced urology procedures in specialized suites, including an ESWL suite, outpatient surgery center, and office procedure rooms

• Support from experienced staff: urology PAs manage clinics, allowing you to concentrate on surgical cases

• Access to state-of-the-art technology, including 3T MRI, dV5 and Xi robotics, Holmium laser, interstim, cryotherapy, videourodynamics, and ultrasound

• Opportunity for up to 4 OR days per week

• Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness

• 7 days of call per month or fewer, with APPs supporting call duties
