Job Overview Job OverviewA law firm seeks a Capital Markets Associate in New York, NY. This role involves engaging in a comprehensive range of ECM and DCM work, with a significant cross-border element. The ideal candidate will have extensive transactional experience in both public and private equity and debt securities offerings. Duties Manage the execution of transactions with a lead role. Draft and negotiate complex legal documents. Collaborate effectively with team members and clients. Contribute to the firm's commitment to client service. Requirements 4-6 years of experience in a large or mid-sized law firm. Experience with Exchange Act reporting and corporate governance compliance. Strong drafting and negotiation skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Admitted to the New York State Bar. Skills Ability to manage complex transactions independently.
