Put in your application today and allow Interstates to prove why we are an industry leader in more ways than one.ResponsibilitiesAssist the Project Manager and jobsite leadership in managerial and leadership functions on the projectSupport planning, coordination, and execution of work on a Data Center construction projectRun project control systems for the benefit of the project teamDevelop, maintain, and communicate CPM schedules and milestone updatesSupport Last Planner / White Board crew scheduling and look-ahead planningTrack RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and other project communicationsAct as a project analyst; assess project controls information and assist jobsite leadership in problem-solving and identifying alternate methods to achieve project successProvide estimating take-offs and support for analysis, budgeting, and change ordersAttend client meetings onsite and collaborate with trade contractors, vendors, and internal teamsPrepare information for and participate in monthly project reviewsAssist in procurement, expediting materials, and coordinating subcontractsHelp coordinate documentation and communication related to commissioning, turnover, and project closeout as neededPromote the Interstates safety culture dailyKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesAble to track and organize projects and prioritize work in a fast-paced environmentOpen to continuously adjusting project systems to plan and deliver projects successfullyStrong team building, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsComfortable speaking in front of clients, peers, and managersAble to manage details, deadlines, and multiple project activities at onceInterest in learning how complex industrial and mission-critical facilities are built and deliveredEducationBachelor's or associate's degree in Construction Engineering, Business Administration, Engineering Technology, or Construction ManagementCompensationThe base pay range for this position is $68,000–$78,000. Our salary ranges are determined by the experience and education required, and level of responsibility. The range posted for this role represents a range that Interstates, in good faith, believes it is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
