Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments for clients, gathering information on strengths, weaknesses, challenges, and resources, with a focus on creating tailored support plans.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Play Therapy to address the unique needs of each client.

• Identify and implement specific psychological interventions that align with each client's therapeutic goals, ensuring that treatment plans are adaptive to changing needs.

• Provide individual and family counseling, addressing a wide array of social and emotional issues while fostering a safe and supportive environment.

• Engage in vocational, experiential, and family counseling/coaching as required to promote holistic growth and development.

• Coordinate with community resources, educational institutions, and referral sources to facilitate comprehensive care and enhance service delivery for clients.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and ensure proper documentation of incidents to maintain client safety and well-being.

• Offer over-the-phone support for families and clients, ensuring continuous care and access to resources.

• Maintain an active and valid Clinical Social Work license in Pennsylvania to practice legally and ethically.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
