Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers safe, patient-centered care by utilizing the nursing process and established standards of practice. This role coordinates care with the interdisciplinary team, supervises assigned staff, and applies critical thinking and clinical judgment to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Education: BSN preferred
• Experience: Acute care experience preferred
• Licensure: Active RN license in the state of practice (Required)
• Certifications: BLS/CPR required; ACLS preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment plans.
• Coordinate discharge planning and continuity of care.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to appropriate nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation and perform other assigned duties.
