What does a Peer Mentor do? Peer Mentors help young adults attending Transitions navigate throughout their college experience. They guide students through their post‑high‑school journeys and support them in achieving success in higher education, in their careers, and in learning to live independently. Qualifications High School Degree or GED is required Enrollment in a college course or recent college graduate is preferred Valid NYS Driver’s license with 2 years’ experience is preferred What Can Transitions Offer You?
