In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our products meet both company and industry standards, contributing to our mission of delivering top-notch quality to our customers.ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products.Utilize measuring tools and equipment to assess product specifications and tolerances.Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality metrics.Identify and report any defects or non-conformities to the production team.Collaborate with team members to implement corrective actions and improve quality processes.Assist in the development and refinement of quality control procedures.Participate in regular quality audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in quality control is a plus.Proven experience as a Quality Inspector or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying defects.Familiarity with quality control standards and methodologies.Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and specifications.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.Proficient in using measurement tools and equipment (calipers, micrometers, etc.).You should be proficient in:AS9100 ExperienceBlueprint ReadingMachines & technologies you'll use:Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)Measurement GaugesCalipers and Micrometers #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
