Location: Kansas City, KS & Greater KC Metro Company: Garage Pros Pay: $20$30 per hour DOE (with strong performance-based earning potential)

What You'll Do
- Install, service, and repair residential and light commercial garage doors and openers across the Kansas City metro.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, walking homeowners through findings, solutions, and safety recommendations.
- Perform accurate inspections, ensuring all work meets safety standards and Garage Pros' quality expectations.
- Document job details with notes, photos, and recommendations in mobile dispatch apps.
- Identify upgrade opportunities and value-add services that enhance safety, performance, or aesthetics.
- Uphold Garage Pros' reputation for honesty, professionalism, and reliable craftsmanship.
What You Bring
- Valid driver's license & clean driving record.
- Strong mechanical aptitude; garage door experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs., climb ladders, and confidently use hand & power tools.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication skills & comfort with mobile technology (ServiceTitan or similar apps is a plus).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
