Job Skills / Requirements Position Overview: This position is responsible for creating cleaner and healthier environments for our customers’ buildings and grounds by performing the following duties and responsibilities. Essential Functions: The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to: Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using approved products, tools and procedures Use all cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively Sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, restroom cleaning, windows, dusting, etc. Keep an ongoing stock of supplies in designated areas such as soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Additional Essential Functions: Ability to work independently with minimal or no supervision. Ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace. Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers with courtesy and respect. Ability to work cooperatively with others. Ability to accept direction and constructive criticism. Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner. Ability to effectively multitask and manage multiple projects. Ability to contribute to the overall team effort including being consistently in uniform and on time. Ability to pay close attention to small details. Ability to read and write. Physical Demands: Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, bending, twisting, reaching, squatting, and crawling. Must be aware of the possibility for the need to work in varying environments and temperatures, including exposure to noise, heat, cold, and indoor/outdoor conditions.
