Part-Time BartenderThe Classic Club, located in Palm Desert, CA, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Bartender! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Pay Range: $16.90 - $17.90 per hour (Based on Experience) General Purpose:Makes and serves guests delicious beverages in accordance with established standards and with hospitality and professionalism. Creates memorable dining experiences through personalized and genuine interactions. This is a seasonal position with an expected duration of six months or less.Essential Duties:Stocks bar, mixes and serves alcoholic beverages, assists in cost control, inventory and maintains inventory records.Assists department leaders with creation of seasonal cocktails and development of menu.Assists department leaders with Social Media schedule and creation of content.Maintains inventory control through conscientious use and careful monitoring of all food and beverage products. Communicates with management in a timely manner when supplies are needed.Ensure compliance with applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures provided by the management.Communicates guest requests and concerns to the Department Manager.Performs opening and closing duties which include, but are not limited to inventory, cash control, cleaning, and restocking.Accountable for checks and cash transactions.
