Key Responsibilities of the RN - Interventional Radiology

• Perform and assist in Angiograms, Trevo, Cerebral Coiling, and Biopsies
• Facilitate Neuro intervention/angiograms, Carotid stenting, and embolectomy
• Conduct biopsies, kyphoplasty, ESI, and hip injections
• Administer paracenthesis, thoracentesis, and Renal Microwave ablations
• Provide moderate sedation as required
• Collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplinary team

Requirements of the RN - Interventional Radiology

• RN license required upon submission
• ACLS & BLS certifications
• Experience in Procedural Units, Critical Care, ER, or ICU
• Experience with Moderate Sedation
• Residency within a 30-minute radius of the hospital
