Your work schedule will involve some evening and weekend hours to ensure accessibility for clients pursuing services around their personal commitments. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns and strengths, ensuring a holistic understanding of their needs. Offer individualized, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each client's unique situation. Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, integrating client goals with clinical interventions aimed at tangible outcomes. Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary team members to create cohesive and coordinated care strategies. Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment when clients present immediate mental health concerns, employing safety planning to mitigate risks. Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational classes that empower clients through community support and shared experiences. Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, in accordance with ethical and legal standards. Patient Population / Client Focus Our clientele is diverse, consisting of individuals across various age groups, cultural backgrounds, and mental health challenges. You will interact with clients facing issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Your role is crucial in creating an inclusive environment where clients feel safe and supported while working towards recovery. Qualifications A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities. Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills are essential for establishing rapport with clients and effectively contributing to their care. Preferred Experience A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, preferably working with diverse populations and complex cases. Compensation and Benefits MyPsyche Psychological Services offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with potential bonuses.
