About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team in our Conshohocken, Pennsylvania based office. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development within a supportive and collegial environment. Mentoring and training are provided to all attorneys new to the firm. Responsibilities Attend depositions and court appearances. Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery. Assist in the preparation of cases for trial. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in legal matters. Collaborate with colleagues on case strategy and management. Conduct legal research and analysis - all MKCI attorneys and legal professionals are trained to utilize Westlaw Precision and CoCounsel AI programs to facilitate workflow efficiencies. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Admitted to practice in the State of Pennsylvania required. Admission to practice in New Jersey a plus. Minimum of 2 years of civil defense litigation experience required (salary range for role $110,000-$125,000 commensurate with experience). Superior analytical skills. Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. Strong work ethic and commitment to client service.
