Warehouse Associate – Truck Loadout

Hire Up Staffing is seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate – Truck Loadout to join a growing team in Katy, TX. This overnight position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and takes pride in ensuring shipments are loaded accurately and safely.

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 11:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Responsibilities:

• Load trucks with materials according to work orders and shipping schedules
• Verify load accuracy, product type, and weight specifications before dispatch
• Operate warehouse and loadout equipment safely and efficiently
• Monitor the loading process to ensure quality and efficiency
• Communicate with drivers, dispatchers, and supervisors regarding load status and any issues
• Inspect trucks and loading areas to maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Complete shipping documentation, including load tickets, bills of lading, and inventory records
• Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance concerns promptly
• Follow all company safety procedures, OSHA standards, and DOT regulations
• Maintain an organized work area and assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or shipping/loading experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and move up to 40 pounds regularly
• Stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions when necessary
