Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc. Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements. Maintain knowledge of new products and services. Prospecting and generating new businessthrough leads & referral sources. Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed. Work independently and as part of a team. Requirements A Property & Casualty or personal lines insurance license is required. Successful sales background. Minimum 3-5 years prior sales experience is preferred. Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. Must be highly self-motivated. Career minded vision. Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
