Work a variable schedule that may include few no‑scheduled hours, with increased availability during peak times. Perform additional duties as assigned. Peak hours are evenings, weekends, holidays, and other high‑traffic periods such as promotions or product launches. Qualifications Results‑oriented selling skills. Proactive communication, both written and verbal. Ability to charm and connect with people at all levels. At least 18 years old with proof of identity and eligibility to work. Flexibility for nights, weekends, holidays; ability to stand extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time. Work schedule flexibility: 4 hours per month during slow periods up to ~12 hours per week during peak seasons. Reliable support and step‑in during high‑traffic events or when additional coverage is needed. Compensation & Schedule Hourly rate: $12.00 – $15.00, commensurate with experience.
